This is a web page for the Colloquia Doctoralia 2023, an event hosted at Politecnico di Milano on July 17, 2023.

In few words, a mathematical object, which I call the HOMO-LUMO graph, can be used to predict whether a boron-nitrogen pair put inside a molecule will increase or decrease its HOMO-LUMO gap.
